Customer purchase-order terms do not modify RWP’s terms solely because a purchase order was submitted or received. Any different or additional terms must be expressly accepted by RWP in writing.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information relevant to the requested product or service, including:

• Product and load weight

• Weight distribution

• Center of gravity

• Lifting and handling points

• Required quantity

• Storage method

• Racking or automation requirements

• Transportation method

• Destination

• Environmental exposure

• Export or heat-treatment requirements

• Delivery or service location

• Required completion date

• Drawings, photographs, samples, or specifications

RWP may rely on information supplied by the customer. Changes, omissions, or inaccuracies may affect pricing, materials, construction, lead times, performance, or suitability.

Product recommendations and designs are limited to the information made available to us and the scope stated in the applicable quote or agreement.

6. Submitted Materials

You may be permitted to submit drawings, photographs, specifications, files, comments, or other materials through the website.

You represent that:

• You have the right to submit the materials.

• The materials are accurate to the best of your knowledge.

• Their use will not violate another party’s rights.

• The files do not contain malicious software or harmful code.

Customers are responsible for identifying requirements imposed by their customer, carrier, freight forwarder, destination country, project documents, regulators, or applicable standards. RWP’s obligations are limited to those expressly included in the accepted quote or order.
